We had an update for our iReformat: Resume formatting service Office App
Based on user feedback, we have made it really easy to provide feedback right from the Office App.
Earlier, the users had to attach the original resume and formatted resume and send it via email. Now it is really simple and saves a lot of time.
Click on the “Support” tab from within the Office App like shown in the image below.
The important point is to send feedback from the formatted resume, not from the original resume. After clicking on the Support tab, enter the resume issue you noticed and click Submit, it will send us the original resume and formatted resume, which is really helpful to keep improving our app.
