By default, all jobs are published to the career’s page. If you would like this job to not appear on the career’s page, you can uncheck the box for “Publish to Career’s Page”.

To publish to job boards, you will need to have sufficient credits. If you do not have credits, the publish to job boards checkbox will be disabled and a message will be displayed at the top in red.

Once a job is published, it will take upto 24 hours before the job is indexed by all the partner job sites.

The jobs are distributed to these job boards presently:

Adzuna, CareerJet, Facebook, Glassdoor, Google, Indeed, JobInventory, JobIsJob, Jobomas, Jooble, Juju, Neuvoo, TalentPlot, trovit, ZipRecruiter

This job board list will keep increasing as we add more job boards.

You can also publish the job to vendors, if you have added them through the contact management feature or imported them. If you want unrestricted bulk emailing to vendors, you will need to setup the Sendgrid bulk email provider from the “Company Setup Wizard”. The publish to vendors feature uses the “Vendor Email Template”, you need to update this template to suit your needs.

You can also publish/unpublish from the job requisitions list at any time. The image below shows how to get to the job requisitions list, and also the publish/unpublish button.
