If you are not a Recruiteze customer, Recruiteze is a small business applicant tracking system. With Recruiteze you can post and publish your jobs to your career’s page, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Google, and numerous other job boards with one click. It also allows you to manage your jobs, applications, candidates, notes, and communications to streamline your recruitment process.
This article shows how to create a custom application form. Once you have created your application forms, you can associate them with one or more jobs.
A custom application form can be associated while adding a new job requisition. The image above shows how to add a new job requisition, here is the help article which details that.
Clicking on the Post Job left menu, has the option to select a form, if there are forms that are already created. The image below shows you how to associate a form when adding a job:
You can also associate a custom application form with an existing job. You need to edit a job posting from the job detail page like shown below:
Once the edit button is clicked, it will take you to the job details popup as shown below. You can either associate with a new custom application form or change an existing custom application form, using the form selection dropdown.
