Candidate Search is available to all users. The search feature is available from the candidate list/all candidates view. Image shows how to access the candidate search feature.
Once on the candidate list, you can type in the skills, keywords or location seperated by commas. The boolean search is simplified with a dropdown beside the search box. There is the “All” and “Any” options.
- All – When this option is selected, only resumes that contain all the keywords are displayed.
- Any – When this option is selected, resumes that contain any of the keywords in the search box are displayed.
Once you enter your keywords seperated by comma and select the boolean option. Click on the “Search” button to run the query to search the resumes.
If there are matching resumes, they are displayed in a list as shown in the image below:
Once the search results are displayed, there are other quick filter options to filter the results further. If you have created and associated tags, you can filter by tags. You can look for active, inactive or updated candidates. You can also see only the bookmarked/pinned candidates. You can also filter only candidates added by you.
